Rob Norgon, a retired Business Education instructor, has 39 years of training experience.  He has varied training experiences from the high school computer lab to adult computer education through Brainerd and Pequot Lakes Community Education programs.  Rob also taught Nuclear, Biological and Chemical subjects for the U.S. Army Reserve for 18 years.

In addition to a Masters degree in Business Education he has earned certification as a Microsoft Office 2003 Specialist Master Instructor, an Education Specialist trained by eBay, a Microsoft Certified Trainer, and a Microsoft Applications Specialist.

Training is conducted in a 14 seat computer lab located at Consolidated Telecommunications Company's technical center.  The lab is equipped with Pentium 4 Dell computers with Windows XP Professional and Office 2003 software, and with Windows Vista and Office 2007.  Or, training can be presented at your site using your computer lab.
